Composition:
33.59% Valkyrie L8 Tall Fescue
32.82% Titanium 2L8 Tall Fescue
32.76% Avenger III Tall Fescue

Soil Preparation:

1) Till soil to a depth of 4-6 inches. Rake to smooth and remove debris from soil bed.
2)Fertilize: Apply a good seed and sod starter fertilizer prior to seeding. Follow label instructions.
3) Sow grass seed at the recommended rate. Work seed into soil 1/4" deep
4) Water thoroughly. Keep moist until grass germinates. Do not allow the top 1/2" of the soil to become dry. Once the lawn is established, reduce watering frequency to help ensure a deep rooted lawn.
