Welcome to Settlemyre Nursery, a trusted garden center and online plant nursery that has been serving customers since 1973. Founded by Loyd and Robert Settlemyre, our family-owned business has a rich history and a deep passion for all things green.

At Settlemyre Nursery, we pride ourselves on being professionals in the field of horticulture. With decades of experience, we have cultivated a vast knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and sustainable practices. Our team of experts is dedicated to helping you create and maintain a beautiful and thriving garden.

Our team is united by a desire to help customers create beautiful, lasting landscapes. We vow to provide value to our customers through being a resource for plant knowledge, exciting landscape designs, and by growing and selling the healthiest varieties of plants, shrubs, and trees available.

    Brandon & Michelle Settlemyre

    That title goes to Schyler, Henry, and Charlie Settlemyre, the up and coming fourth generation farmers. Brandon and Michelle love their family, and their supierior staff. When not running the business, they enjoy spending time with their lovely boys, fishing at the pond, or just relaxing!

    Alex Powell

    Alex stays on top of our development efforts through designing our web experience, data analysis, application development, and building campaigns to connect with customers. Outside of work, Alex likes to run, make music, and grill out. He has a beautiful Lydia and three wonderful children, Lucy, Nathaniel, and WIlliam.

    Beth Lane

    Beth holds a Master of Agriculture from NCSU and is experienced in creating landscape designs for residential and business customers. Outside of work, Beth enjoys being outdoors, gardening, and playing with her pets.

    Lauren Turner

    Lauren can tell you the name and sun requirements for any plant around! She takes care of customers' landscape design needs with a thoughtful attention to detail.  Lauren holds a B.S. degree in Professional Agriculture from NC A& T. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her pets and gardening.

    Ashley Pouncey

    Ashley holds a degree in Plant and Soil Science from NCSU and enjoys helping customers build their dream landscapes! Outside of work, Ashley enjoys hiking with her dog and making memories with friends
